Public Classes Available
Dr. Abbas obtained her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2021. Since then, she has taught public classes, yoga teacher training modules, and at yoga festivals and events in the Midwest & East Coast. She lead numerous outdoor, donation-based and free classes in all the states in which she has lived. Public classes are offered intermittently.
